Ask about the warranty on the products your offered before you make a decision on the type of roof you want. Be sure you understand how each warranty works for you and against you. Understand the difference in a “true” warranty and “prorated” warranty from the manufacturer and don’t be fooled by a so called “Lifetime Warranty.” A true “Lifetime Warranty” is not “prorated” at any time during the warranty period.
